More than 20 years ago, Diane founded Fulcrum Network, a boutique firm that helps Learning and Development and Human Resource professionals find the right programs and resources for training, organization development and executive coaching projects.
Fulcrum Network now helps internal and external consultants convert classroom content into experience-based virtual programs, provides design and delivery of custom learning solutions and a state-of-the art digital platform using an innovative approach for employee learning and development. Program outcomes include increased employee retention, engagement and performance to achieve strategic business results.
Over the past few years, Diane has developed an experience-based virtual learning methodology used in Fulcrum's learning portal by her clients and consultant network. Diane's experience as a talent alignment consultant led her to create her own unique consulting model and program called CAREER essentialsSM. Delivered to corporations using Fulcrum's innovative virtual experience-based learning approach and platform, the program helps early career top talent, emerging leaders and individual contributors discover what they do best, aligning their talents with business goals to increase employee engagement and retention.

Prior to founding Fulcrum Network, for more ten years, Diane was a corporate leader and training specialist with expertise in customer service, experiential learning, as well as career and leadership development. She earned a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Loyola University and Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University.
