I would highly recommend it - so insightful and informative. There was information presented in this material that I had no understanding of before going through this process.
I thought the virtual platform was great, and had an amazing collection of resources. The videos were very powerful and are a great tool to get messages across.
The realizations I had about myself, my own situations and my biases was really eye-opening. You think you don't have much to say or a perspective on something at first, and then when you let yourself go just below the surface, it's crazy how much comes up.
