Lynn Yazbec
Lynn’s background in organization development enables her to understand both the client needs and the unique skill sets of consultants and find the perfect match. With more than 25 years of experience as a leader, executive coach, organization development consultant, and internal change agent, she is able to rapidly pinpoint the gap between a leader’s vision and an organization’s current reality. Trained at Andersen Worldwide and Accenture, and an experienced independent consultant herself, Lynn gets to the heart of issues quickly. She asks the right questions, identifies outcomes, and determines actionable next steps.
While working at top tier consulting firms Capital H Group, Blue Star Partners and Kenexa, Lynn gained deep experience in delivering change management programs for enterprise-wide system implementations, executive coaching, and talent management. Understanding client needs, defining the approach to implementing the change needed, and staffing the right resources to solve the organizational issues are Lynn's gifts.
Lynn’s corporate client roster includes top employers including Accenture, Hyatt International, NASDAQ, NiSource, UCB Pharmaceuticals, and Underwriters Laboratories. She has also worked closely with directors of non-profit organizations, helping them develop their leadership style and motivate their team members to help them achieve their vision.
Lynn holds her Corporate Business Coaching Certificate from Corporate Coach University, a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the College of Business at University of Illinois.
