The Challenge

The VP of Organizational Learning and Development for EOP faced a steady stream of demanding projects. Over the course of two years, she needed 13 consultants for 15 projects ranging from a Strategic Leadership Development Programs to Executive Coaching, Team Building, an Organizational and Training Needs Assessment, Focus Group Design and Instructional Design. She immediately turned to a resource yet untapped by many Training, HR and OD professionals.

The Solution

Fulcrum put its independent referral network to the test and sourced a bevy of highly qualified consultants with experience in exactly the disciplines required. What's more, Fulcrum provided a choice of consultants for many of the projects. Two consultants acted as interim managers for the role of Director of OD and Manager of IT Training. One of those interim consultants was ultimately hired as a full-time employee.
